Well it’s been a while since i’ve visited. Life has been just a little hectic.  I phoned Brian, my eldest brother the other day to wish him a happy birthday and he seemed a little shocked when I said I didn’t have the internet at home.  As previously mentioned my two eldest brothers, James and Brian use the internet to update everyone with their lives so without internet I know nothing!  My dad mentioned that Brian received test results back for his heart and when I asked my Dad the results his reply was “check his blog” so here I am!  I have now seen pictures of Brian’s renovations, looking great and updated on James life in Melbourne, how much do you drink these days???

I think my last post was prior to Christmas.  Christmas was great, had most of the family over except James.  Maybe next year we can convince him to travel up to Sydney again!  I started my new job as an Insurance Account Brokers 4th Dec and within two weeks I had two Christmas functions to go to.  The first was in the city, a lot of champagne and a chance to meet other brokers and insurers and a great night out, unfortunately it was on a Wednesday night and three days later I was still sick, the second was our company Christmas party, this is where I discovered my new employer spares no expense when it comes to giving its employees a fantastic night out.  And now it’s almost Easter.  Easter will probably consist of a family lunch and relaxation. I will be trying to stay clear of too many easter eggs. 

I have finally gotten around to joining a gym, better still i’m actually going to the gym. (Like many, i’ve signed up for 12 mths and maybe attended the gym once or twice)  Since joining two weeks ago I think i’ve been 6 times and plan to continue!  I was surprised to see I’m actually enjoying it.

 Bought a new bed today.  It’s amazing how people thinks it’s funny and get strange ideas when I say my bed broke!  This is not the case.  Sleeping on a mattress on the floor was interesting for a week, it’s also handy when having a big night out and not having so far to fall the following morning (or so i’ve heard, I would never do a thing like that!!) but now I’m over it.  I should receive my new bedroom suite in a few weeks. I’m excited!

 Anyway I should probably be off to bed. Goodnight
